More Beach Pictures

Here is lifeguard Ty. He was not happy because he had sand all over his hands.
Here Alley is enjoying the nice weather. She enjoyed the wind and sounds of the waves.
Ty is playing on the beach at night. The moon was beautiful and the water was warm.
Ty had a great time.
More of Ty playing in the waves.
Here is Alley with the moon behind her. It was so pretty!

Trip to Jacksonville, Florida

We traveled a lot while TJ was away. From Georgia, we headed down to visit TJ's grandmother, Myrtle. She lives at Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Ty and Alley did great on the trip and we made it with only two stops. TJ's mom came with me to help keep up with Ty. Above is Myrtle holding Alley.
We had to give Myrtle a break, so we all went to the Jacksonville Zoo. Ty had a great time and got a lot of energy out. Here he is in front of the Jaguar.
Ty really liked the fish. They were about the same size as him!
After the zoo, Ty was worn out. He did not even want to take off his shoes.
Here is TJ's mom, Lynne, holding Alley at the beach.

Playtime in Georgia

We met one of my oldest friends Desi (we have known each other since 1st grade) and her two beautiful little girls, Anna and Emma. It was a bit difficult to keep up with 3 little ones that all wanted to go their own way, but was fun to catch up!Here Emma is getting help getting down. You can't see it in this picture but Anna has her mom's phone and is taking pictures with it. I don't even know how to do that. It is amazing what little ones are capable of.
Ty is playing in TJ's grandparent's front yard. Papa Ty is a big golfer at the age of 86, so he had a putting green made in his front yard. TJ's dad and some other family members built it for him. If we had one of these at our house, Ty would never come inside!

Just another picture of Ty golfing. I bet he had 100 balls out on the green, not one of them in a hole.

Visiting with Family in Georgia

Here is Ty playing with his third cousins Tay and Cole. They had a great time together playing.
Alley is having a very relaxing afternoon with TJ's grandmother, Mama Ty. They both eventually fell asleep. Where is Papa Ty? He went golfing!
We got to visit with Julie's greatuncle and aunt, Ben and Anne. They have a grandson, so there were lots of toys for Ty to play with. We had to leave before Ty distroyed their house.
Again here is Alley napping. This time with her Pops, TJ's dad. It is hard to get a picture of her with her eyes open. If she is being held she is asleep, and if she is laying down she is mad!
Alley is being held by her Uncle Michael and Aunt Tricia (TJ's sister) is helping out in case she spits up. Michael did not do too well when she did that the first time. Just to clearify, Tricia does not have a goatee, that is Alley's hair. We never know what type of hair-do she will wake up with from day to day!

Here is Ty with his cousin Mason, who is 5 months younger. They demolished Lisa and Kip's house but had a great time doing it. Notice the potato chips all over Mason's bed!
Here are the less distructive two, Owen (7 months) and Alley. They both just sit back and watch the two tornados play around them.
Here they are pretending to take a nap.
Mason is taking a break to love on his cousin Alley.
Here is our nephew Owen. He is the sweetest little boy. Look at those pretty blue eyes!

Trip to Georgia

Since TJ is off training in Louisanna for a few weeks, Ty, Alley, and I decided to go visit family in Georgia. On the way we stopped at the zoo in Columbia, SC to take a break from the car. Ty really liked all the animals. In the picture above, Ty is standing in front of Charlie the giraffe. He got to feed him carrots. Ty really liked that.

Ty is standing by the turtle that is about 10 times his size. He did not believe it was real until it started sticking its tongue through the fence.
