August 2008

The month of August was a busy one. Alley turned two
and we celebrated with a shared birthday party
with her and her cousin Mason.
The other big event in August was Ty starting school.
He was so excited, while I was very sad.
It has gone by too fast.
Our other big news this month was the announcement
that we are expecting baby number 3 in March.
"Libby" was already beginning to make an appearance causing my stomach to grow.

Gran taking pictures at the party.

Cary checking out Ty's tools while Gramps does his normal thing.

Gramps and Pops trying to keep cool.

Aunt Tricia helping Alley with the pinata

Ty is ready to swing... stand back.

Alley's birthday cakes

Playing in the pool

Wish they had these when I was little

Gardening and Cheerleading really make Alley tired

Watch your fingers!!

Ty began school at Fort Rucker Primary School in August.
He was very excited about going and had very
few reservations about us leaving him.
Ready to go...

Alley wanted to go too.

Such a big boy!!

Ty's teacher, Mrs. Murphy, helping him put away his things in his cubby.

TJ went to Ft. Rucker for an Army school, but the most
important thing to him was his small group winning
the Frisbee Football Championship (which they did).
We got up early one morning to go watch his team
play against another small group. TJ even bought Ty a jersey!

TJ is the 3rd from the left

Don't know why everyone else is running one way and TJ is walking the other way.

Good game!
